“A CDM Advisor (Construction Design and Management Advisor) is a professional consultant who helps clients, designers, and contractors meet their legal duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015). Health and Safety in the design and construction phases of a project is of paramount importance and our experts provide advice to ensure risk management and compliance helping protect both project stakeholders and end users while ensuring statutory obligations are met.

Pre-construction phase: Advising clients on CDM legal responsibilities including appointment of Principal Designer and Principal Contractor, Preparing or reviewing pre-construction information, Identifying design and construction risks, Supporting design risk management.
Design stage: Reviewing design proposals for health and safety compliance, Encouraging hazard elimination or risk reduction, Coordinating with the project team, Monitoring compliance documentation
Construction phase: Reviewing Construction Phase Plans, Monitoring welfare provisions, Advising on site safety systems, Supporting statutory compliance.
Project completion: Assisting with Health and Safety File preparation.
